Free Burma Rangers (Theatrical Film)

The true story of how miracles unfold as a former special forces soldier takes his family to the front lines. (Running time: 1 hour, 37 minutes)

Impact: First released in over 650 theaters in the USA it was the #1 theatrical documentary of 2020. The project was then translated into 20 languages and through reached 7 million viewers globally, and garnering a 3.5x ROI.

The Ordinance (Documentary)

A film and campaign to inspire a local/national movement to pass city ordinances that to protect the poor from predatory payday lenders. The Project was funded by three groups who are very different but aligned in heart for the campaign: Texas Appleseed (community legal action group), Texas Catholic Conference, and Cooperative Baptist Fellowship.

Outcomes: The campaign inspired communities across the country to pass local ordinances to protect the poor… and the groundswell grew so much that it prompted the US government to pass consumer protections on a national level. Mission accomplished.

Lovin' Lakin (Hulu Comedy series)

Directed this comedy series as former child star Christine Lakin (“Step by Step”) introduces returns to show business. Featuring Kristen Bell, Seth McFarlin, Kristen Chennoweth, Patrick Duffy, and Jamie Lee Curtis.

Impact: Released with Hulu in 2007, the project now lives on youtube with Oops Donuts.

Dear Francis (Showtime, Feature)

A pair of Texas college students set out to educate the citizens of Africa’s AIDS-ridden Swaziland on the prevention of the disease but learn that the causes of the virus’s spread are more complex and fearsome than they ever imagined in this film festival award-winning documentary.

Impact: Released on Showtime TV in 2007. Also helped Bruce Wilkinson and World Race grow their nonprofit work to serve the AIDS and orphan crisis in Africa.

Miraculous (In Process, Audio Docs)
